Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering

New Zealand Superyacht Academy have partnered with Axtell Food Safety to deliver the Level 2 Award Food Safety in Catering (MCA Approved)

The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is their most popular course, suitable for the majority of food handlers.

Previous candidates include chefs, yacht stews, restaurant staff, hotel staff and food handlers in variety of other food premises.

Course dates are available on remotely on Zoom.

All food safety courses are regulated by Ofqual and accredited by Highfield Qualifications. The Level 2 Food Safety we offer is a MCA approved food safety course, delivered on Zoom.
