Picture this: You wake up in the Bahamas, grab a coffee as the sun rises
over the water, and start your day setting a breakfast table in the interior
— fresh linens, polished cutlery, flowers you styled the night before. By
midday, you're out on deck helping launch tenders, throwing lines, and
prepping for guest watersports. Come sunset, you’re pouring champagne
for the boss and resetting cabins for evening turndown. This isn’t a
fantasy. It’s the job.
Working on superyachts can take you all over the world. From the Med to
the Maldives, the Caribbean to the Pacific — you’ll travel, earn great
money, live onboard, and gain the kind of freedom most people never
get. But it’s not all sunsets and table settings. It’s hard work, high
standards, long hours, and serious pressure. That’s where we come in.
Our Stewardess & Deckhand Course is built to prepare you for both
sides of the job — the pace, the polish, the mindset, and the mahi. You’ll
be trained by real crew who’ve done the work and know what captains
and senior crew are looking for.
You won’t just tick boxes. You’ll get hands-on — both inside and outside — learning real skills the way you’ll use them on board. We’ll get you job-
ready, confident, and capable of backing yourself in whichever department calls you first.
